Author Guidelines

Aims and scopes

Polkesraya International Conference (PIC) publishes papers in English reporting the results of original research on health fields. It covers a wide range of:

  1. Neuroscience Innovations
  2. Mental Health and Well-being
  3. Neurorehabilitation
  4. Public Health and Brain Health
  5. Neuroethicsand Policy
  6. Integrative Medicine and Brain Health
  7. Technological Innovations (AI, VR)
  8. Brain Health Across the Lifespan
  9. Brain Nutritions
  10. Nutrition linked to better brainpower

 

Ethics committee approval

Investigations using human and/or experimental animals must state in the methods section that the research was conducted in accordance with the internationally accepted principles and was approved by the institutional human or animal experimentation committee.

 

Submission

Authors should follow the format of the abstract and full text template (download template here). Please submit your manuscripts to the online submission.

  2. Title page

The title should be concise (not more than 16 words) and informative. Please clearly indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author. Present the authors’ affiliation addresses below the names. Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of publication by presenting his/her email address.

 

Abstract

The abstract should state briefly (maximum 250 words) the introductions, objectives of the research, methods used, finding, limitation, and contribution. References and uncommon abbreviations should be avoided from the abstract. Please state 3-5 keywords below the abstract.

 

Introduction

Provide background of the study in easy words. In this section author should discuss the research problem in very clear words. Also discuss the motivation of the study. Provide intext references in APA style for all the facts that are presented here.

 

Literature review and hypotheses development

Related work of previous researchers should be presented. Minimum 10-15 good and recent works should be presented. This section can be merged with introduction section as well. Here author can discuss the research gap that this study is going or willing to cover. Provide intext citation in APA style, e.g. (Harris,  2001).

 

Research methodology

Present the materials, methods, survey, questionnaire etc. used for the study. Author should explain whether this study is experimental, or review study, or simulation based or survey based. Discuss software, hardware’s used during study with their brand names. Mention all research conditions, assumptions, theories followed. This section should be easy enough for any reader to repeat the study under similar conditions.

 

Results and discussions

Provide logical, and scientific analysis of findings of the study. Present evidences to support your analysis by citing work of earlier researchers or existing theories.

 

Conclusion

Conclusion should be written in very clear words. It should explain how the objectives of the study are accomplished.

 

Limitation and study forward

No study covers all aspect of the research problem. Author should discuss the limitations or gaps of this study. And also present future scope or plan of the study.

 

Acknowledgement

Author should present list of acknowledgement at the end. Any financial or nonfinancial support for the study should be acknowledged.

 

References

  1. All references should be in APA style and presented inside the main body of article.
  2. You should attach at least 10 references.
  3. Every in-text citation should be hyperlinked to reference
  4. Using the application/software for referencing such as Mendeley, EndNote, and etc. is strongly recommended.
  5. All references should be mentioned inside the article in the form of In-text reference.
  6. Reference list entries should be alphabetized by the last names of the first author of each work.

 

Figure and table

  1. Please use good quality image and save as or convert the image to the JPEG or TIF files.
  2. Use good quality image and give caption below image (Figure 1: …)
  3. Ensure that each figure has a caption. Give caption below the figure. A caption should comprise a brief title and a description of the illustration.
  1. Please submit tables as editable text and not as images. Tables can be placed either next to the relevant article.
  2. Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text and place any table’s note above the table body (Table 1: …)
